Manhattan College Jaspers

and the

World Trade Center Recovery

Manhattan College graduates played an extraordinary role in the World Trade Center recovery program.  In an attempt to recognize and pay tribute to those alumni involved in the recovery effort, we shall post on this site a list of names of Manhattan College Graduates who worked at the World Trade Center recovery site.  For special recognition, we include a list of those Jaspers who served as members of the New York City Police and Fire Departments involved in the recovery effort.

Jaspers as members of NYPD and NYFD

These lists are works in progress as we continue to work to update and make complete the list of Jaspers who worked on the recovery effort.  We ask that any of our alumni who know of Jaspers that need to be included on either of these lists please contact us and share that information.  For additional information regarding Jasper Engineers contributions to the recovery effort use the following link:

Contributions of Jasper Engineers described in other publications.

The School of Engineering and Manhattan College are proud of the efforts of our Jaspers, and we shall continue to use these listings to help acknowledge their activities.  We are grateful to George Tamaro for his efforts in helping us to compile and update the on-site Jasper Engineers listing shown below.
