Robert J. Borrmann holds a Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering) from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, and has been at Manhattan since 1964. He teaches in the areas of computer engineering, microprocessors, digital systems, and electronics. In recent years he has supervised undergraduate and graduate projects in logic analyzers, computer graphics, and computer networks. He enjoys writing application-specific computer programs, and is interested in low-level programming. For leisure activities, he enjoys computing in general, and particularly computer music. He plays an erratic game of pool.
