Bernard Harris holds the degrees of Eng.Sc.D., M.B.A., M.S.(E.E.),
and B.E.E. from Columbia University, Pace University, Columbia University,
and Cooper Union, respectively, and has been at Manhattan since 1979.
He teaches in the areas of computer engineering, electromagnetics, radar,
and engineering management. His research interests and consulting experiences
include magnetic recording, sonar, and radar. He has published 15 papers
in refereed journals,
holds two patents, and is a registered professional engineer in New
York State.
