Nevzat Ozturk has a Ph.D. degree from Hacettepe University. He teaches in the areas of control systems, system theory, and electronics, and is a reviewer for the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control. His research interests include robust stability of time delay and distributed parameter systems. He enjoys soccer, volleyball, and painting, and is an amateur student of history and economics.
