501. Engineering Mathematics.  Matrix analysis; generalized eigenvalue  problem.  Multidimensional  Fourier series, Bessel function, and Legendre polynomials.  Three lectures.  (Cr.3) 

Prerequisite: Senior Status.

The student will be able to analyze engineering problems using a variety of analytical and numerical methods.
